We, Eagle Catch (“Eagle Catch,” “we,” “our” or “us”) and Bten(“Bten,” “we,” “our” or “us”), care about your privacy. We collect and use your personal data only as it is needed for us to deliver to you our best products, services, websites and mobile applications (collectively, our “Services”).

We do not use cookies for tracking purposes.

Protecting Your Account From Unauthorized Access

Anyone who knows your username and password can access your account. You must keep this information secure. Only share these details with people you authorize to access and manage your Eagle Catch and Bten account. Eagle Catch and Bten accepts no responsibility for information it discloses to parties who know your username or password.

Age Restrictions

Our Services are not targeted to, intended to be consumed by or designed to entice individuals under the age of 18. If you know of or have reason to believe anyone under the age of 18 has provided us with any personal data, please contact us.

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under 13, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, the nation’s consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online.

We do not specifically market to children under 13.

Changes In Our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes to this Privacy Policy and any other places we deem appropriate, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
